A section of the repair facility has been dedicated to panel beating. This area of the business has been set up to use Car-o-Liner’s latest rack bench system, coupled with a computerised measuring system to handle major structural repairs. In addition, three of the latest Car-o-Liner Speed Bench systems have been installed to handle medium sized work efficiently.
The shop has six dry flatting preparation bays and infrared. Curing system to ensure that the panels are prepared for painting in the most technologically up to date methods.
Paintwork is carried out in one of two Aero-o-Cure dust free down draught spray booths and curing ovens. This department has 3 qualified paint technicians.
Once the vehicle has been repaired and painted, the vehicle returns to the strip and assembly section for final assembly, polishing, valet and inspection.
A dedicated Quality Control Manager inspects each stage of the Repair culminating in the final inspection.
